The Telford Borough Authority seeks a qualified professional to serve as its next Operations Manager.
Successful candidates will have broad responsibility for planning, managing, and directing the operation of the wastewater treatment facilities operated by TBA. The Operations Manager of the TBA is responsible for the management of all aspects of the wastewater treatment plant, including the operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the physical equipment and information systems. The Operations Manager is directly responsible for the coordination of regulatory and policy compliance, excluding policy decisions. The Operations Manager will participate in formulating Authority programs and the administration and oversight of these programs in conjunction with Authority Board directives. The position requires seven (7) years of demonstrated progressively responsible experience related to utility or municipal management (five (5) of which should include general management experience). The selected candidate must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license throughout their tenure.
