The EPWPCOA Industrial Pretreatment Committee would like to invite you to join a presentation by EPA Region 3 regarding pretreatment program updates.
Topics will include:
- annual reporting
- the EPA enforcement COVID-19 memo
- offsite inspections
- dental rule updates
- PFAS, e-reporting
- Effluent Limit Guideline (ELG) updates
Additionally, we will continue the webinar with a roundtable discussion on Local Limits (LL) led by expert representatives with various perspectives. EPA Pretreatment representatives, pretreatment program coordinators, and consultants will talk about sampling, LL development, EPA submission, and more!
